This Privacy Policy explains how Infit (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website at https://infit.ru and our mobile applications (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.1 Account information

• Email address
• Username / display name
• Password (stored securely; we do not display your password)
• Optional profile details (e.g. about text, avatar photo, sex if you provide it)

2.2 Fitness and social content you create

• Workout posts (activity type, notes, duration, sets, mood, visibility settings)
• Photos you attach to workouts
• Likes, comments, follows, and notifications related to social features

2.3 Location data (mobile app)

If you use Track (GPS recording for run, walk, or ride), we collect location data while recording is active, including:

• GPS coordinates along your route
• Derived metrics such as distance, pace, and speed
• Optionally, approximate start coordinates stored with the route

Location is used only to provide workout tracking and to show your route on maps in your posts. We do not sell location data. You can deny location permission; tracking features will not work without it. Manual “Log workout” does not require GPS.

On some devices, background location may be used so recording can continue when the screen is locked. You can revoke this in system settings at any time.

2.4 Health data import (optional)

If you connect Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS or Health Connect on Android, and grant permission, we may read workout and related fitness data (for example activity type, start/end time, duration, distance, calories, and elevation when available) solely to import those workouts into your Infit diary as posts. We do not write workouts back to Apple Health or Health Connect in the current version. You can disconnect import and revoke health permissions in system settings at any time.

2.5 Photos and camera

If you grant permission, you may attach photos from your camera or gallery to workouts. Photos are uploaded to our servers and may be visible to other users according to your post visibility settings.

2.6 Device and push notifications

• Push notification tokens (e.g. Expo / platform push tokens) to send alerts about likes, comments, and follows
• Basic technical data needed to run the Service (e.g. app version, OS type when registering a push token)

You can disable notifications in system settings.

2.7 Website analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (for example Yandex.Metrika) to understand traffic and improve the site. Analytics data is typically aggregated or depersonalized.

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the fitness diary, GPS tracking, feed, discover, health import, and social features
• Store and display workouts, routes, and photos you publish
• Send in-app and push notifications about social activity
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. When information is shared

• Other users: Content you publish (username, avatar, posts, photos, routes, likes/comments) may be visible to other users according to visibility settings.
• Service providers: Hosting, email, and push delivery providers (e.g. Expo Push) process data only to run the Service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see Section 9). Some logs or backups may remain for a limited period for security and legal reasons.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep it confidential.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International processing

Servers and service providers may be located in different countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.

9. Your rights and choices

• Access or update profile information in the app or on the website
• Control post visibility where available
• Revoke location, camera, photo, health, and notification permissions in device settings
• Request account or data deletion by emailing infit.ru@gmail.com with subject “Delete my account”

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/EEA), you may have additional rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. App Store / Google Play disclosures

For store listings and data-safety forms, Infit may collect:

• Account info (email, username)
• User content (workouts, photos, comments)
• Health and fitness data — optional import from Apple Health / Health Connect (workouts, distance, duration, and related metrics)
• Location (precise / approximate) — for GPS workout tracking
• Photos and camera — optional, for workout attachments
• Identifiers related to push notifications

Purpose: app functionality. Data is not sold. Location and health data are not used for advertising or tracking.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
